The Nunn may be able to tell me if I've been misled about this or not,
but apparently amongst certain (presumably easily-bored) members of
the gay community there is an activity known as 'spleen-flicking'; a
variant of your normal everyday anal fisting involving attempting to
get as much of the arm as possible up your lover's (or your own, if
you're really bored and really flexible) arse.
Adherents of this particular proof that nothing is more dangerous than
a bored man with a competitive spirit wear brown armbands, often
positioned so as to emulate a tidemark showing the, erm, depth of
their perversion.
Presumably, given the apparent propensity amongst footballers for
perversion and wrong-cock-ness, they've taken this to the next logical
point and are attempting the same thing but with The Path Less
Travelled For Gay Insertions, the urethra. The yellow band presumably
shows that extent.
Or it could be that Lance Armstrong thing - but frankly, given all the
evidence, I find my theory far more likely.
