Unfortunately, my good man, you are posting this in completely the
wrong newsgroup. I can assure you that no one here on UKSF
would be even remotely interested in your money-grabbing scheme.
Certain regulars of this NG already make up to eight hundred
thousand pounds a year staying at home and doing relatively
little work. These are men who battle the elements and their
incessant sleep-depravation just to post to this NG for the good
of the entire global population.
These are men who don't need your comparatively "petty-cash".
They've fought their entire lives just so they can comment on
topics as varied as Ian Rush's moustache hairs and their own
insistence on stocking up on sheepskin clothing every September,
despite the strenuous opposition from those of us who aware of
how Spring '97 such fashion items truly are.
No that they listen, mind you. For their eyes and hearts are
focused solely on their substantial monthly pay-cheque.
If conclusive proof were needed, all one has to do is take the
example of a certain Mr. Chan, who recently retired from UKSF
after collecting astronomical amounts of money for his "When
Saturday Comes" features. The rush to be his replacement is
no freak of nature, I can assure you.
So, with that in mind, sir, do you honestly believe that anyone here is
interested in actually _working_ for you? Hardly. The regulars are
in no need of such small change, and us semi-regulars are far
too intent on finding ways of abandoning our jobs and college
places in the small hope that one day we can earn the mighty
UKSF pound/Euro.
We're a crazy breed, us UKSF dwellers. Our dreams are far from
orthodox, but they are our own, and we don't wish to be a part of
yours.
Mike
